Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a product from our shop, you agree to all of the following Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders from those who have not read the Terms and Conditions.

Shipping and Delivery

Buyers located in VAT-collecting countries (e.g., the UK) will have to pay the import VAT at the time of import, which is also known as DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).

In this scenario, the import VAT may be first paid by the shipping carrier or customs agent on behalf of the shopper, in addition to any customs brokerage fees.

They will then bill the shopper and release the goods once paid.

If the shopper refuses to pay the bill, then the goods may be returned to the merchant.

Any customs or taxes that may apply to each order after shipping are to be handled and paid by the buyer.

All physical products displayed in our shop are pre-production, which means they will not be made to order until the pre-ordering phase is complete. We estimate that production will take up to 2 months before shipping can begin; however, this may be subject to delays. All shipping updates will be announced on our socials, which are linked here.

The A Monsters’ Ball team is not responsible for any additional delays or fees once the product has been sent to the Post Office. All shipping options automatically include a tracking number.

Packaging

Orders will be shipped inside a protective bubble mailer or paper envelope, as applicable.

Zine books and prints will be wrapped in tissue paper to minimize damaged edges or scuffing. 

Raised merchandise will be sealed in bags to prevent scratches against other items within your order.

All acrylic items will have a layer of plastic to prevent scratching of its design; this plastic layer should be removed before use.

Refunds & Returns

All leftover sales purchases are final. The A Monsters’ Ball team will not issue refunds for any purchases. However, if the buyer wishes to cancel their order, they may do so but will not be refunded. 

Additionally, the A Monsters’ Ball team will not issue refunds in the following circumstances:

The buyer changed their mind after receiving the purchased product.

The product was sent to an incorrect or old address due to error on behalf of the buyer.

Your order was shipped (i.e., given to the Post Office by our Shipping Mod) but tracking does not update.

Your order was shipped (i.e., given to the Post Office by our Shipping Mod) but was lost, damaged, or stolen.

In the case where an order is returned to the A Monsters’ Ball team (due to an address error, failure to deliver, logistics on behalf of the shipping company, etc.),  the buyer may choose to have the product shipped to them again if they pay the shipping fee. If the buyer wishes to cancel the purchase at this stage, we will only refund the value of the product.

Any and all refunds will be made to the payment method that was used to purchase a product.
